The HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner acquires and retains human capital for the exploration and production (E&P) business in our field locations to achieve organizational value drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts the recruitment effort for full-time personnel and interns.
- Determines total compensation packages in accordance with company policies.
- Advises managers on evaluating employee performance and documents improvement plans.
- Administers human resources policies, practices and programs in the areas of employee relations and legal compliance.
- Counsels employees and managers regarding the interpretation of policies and procedures in accordance with company practice and state and federal regulations such as AAP, FMLA and ADA.
- Maintains employee personnel records according to company and regulatory standards.
- Provides support in areas of human resource administration, including data changes, reporting and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational design/psychology or a closely related field.
- At least three years HR generalist experience (preferably in the oil and natural gas exploration and production industry).
- PHR certification preferred.
