Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd level of technical system, network support and all IT related issues (hardware, software, printer, etc)
Provide technical support through telephone and email
Provide after office hours support for travelling user that encounter problems
Standby support for Kemaman Office (KSB) on Sunday
Prepare computers for new and existing users
Responsible for sourcing out vendors and proposed the best
Perform maintenance, housekeeping of records & database for the phone tracking system and door access security system
Monitor network connectivity (LAN & WAN)
Keep track of laptops, desktops, printers, external monitors (CRT & LCD), accessories’ movements. Inventory record of all IT related equipment / asset for all locations within Malaysia
Maintenance and administration of virus protection & security of the network
Manage all IT equipments
Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science or related expertise
2 years working experience with 1st line IT Technical support
Only Malaysian or PR holder eligible to apply
