Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly reporting packages for African legal entities
Balance sheet reconciliations for African legal entities
Weekly & monthly cash flow forecasts for African legal entities
Cash management and bank administration
VAT, WHT & other tax administration and compliance
Overhead cost centre management including reviewing actual costs against budget and latest forecasts and preparing accruals & prepayments as required Presentation
Presents self in a professional manner appropriate to the role
Articulates views in comprehensive manner
Produces work of presentable quality
Requirements:
Good communication skills – both verbal & written
Technical:
Computer literate and able to effectively use Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc). Exposure to SAP beneficial but not essential
Good organisational skills and smart working methods
Good level of general education required
Qualified to HNC/HND level preferred, but not required
Can articulate learning and training experiences
Demonstrable background working in a similar environment
Experience working for a company within similar industry would be preferred
Ability to prioritise and manaeg own workload
Enthusiastic and professional team member who enjoys working in a challenging and busy environment
Must be physically fit for required position
