• Scan invoices / supporting documents to BHBSS KL, and Aberdeen, per BHBSS procedures;
• Print out and fill all SAP documents posted to BHBT Co Code 5315, sub ledger / general ledger as well, per PRC GAAP.
• Liaises with tax bureau. BHBT is a Chinese legal entity, need to deal with tax authority for business tax, VAT, CIT, IIT, stamp duty, custom duty, and WHT, and will be required to provide non-regular reports from time to time. Due to tax authority’s working style, this will be a big portion of this role’s responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Previous finance experience required
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• SAP experience is preferred, training will be provided where required
• Excellent problem solving skills
