Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, credit memos, expense reports and cheque requests through SAP
• Validate approvals on cheque requests, invoices, expense reports and vendor master maintenance requests
• Work closely with BHI divisions and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Answer inquiries from BHI suppliers and internal BHI employees
• Maintain and file accounts payable documentation to ensure compliance with BHI and governmental audit requirements
• May contact other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve common problems.
• Handles special projects, as assigned.

• Detail oriented.
• Familiarity with standard office machines.
• Ability to interface well with employees, customers and vendors on a daily basis.
• SAP Experience preferred, but training will be given
• General accounting knowledge
