Responsibilities:
Assist in retrieving technical drawings,
Experienced in project secretarial roles,
Assist with information gatherine, collation and setup for Document Control, physical files and electronic files,
Upload documentation to in house systems, scanning, distribution and filing, documentation utilising the appropriate systems,
Archiving historical documentation electronic and hard copy.
Register and control the status of technical queries, engineering changes etc.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Equipped with Oil & Gas engineering technical knowledge & working experience.
Good Interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of document control processes.
Proficiency in MS Office suite of computer programs (Excel, Word etc)
Sound organisational skills.
Must be able to retrieve technical drawings.
