Responsibilities:
Responsilble for day to day administrative work which includes sales & logistical support, invoicing, aduit & verifying bills & other ad-hoc duties
Handle sales order request
Liasing with vendors to source, obtain price & availability of materials
Issue requisition/purchase order
Expediting orders and timely delivery
Prepare inward/outward delivery & shipping document
Generate sales invoices
Audit & verify bills & expenses claim
Update & maintain work register
Requirements:
Min O level with 2 years relevant experience
Knowledge in JDE System is preferred
