Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager for overall direction and control of all human resources activities including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefit, employee and industry relationship.
Forms part of management team and plays a key role in setting company policies and guidelines.
Develops a regional HR perspective, networks with the regional HR manager and other HR resources in the region in helping to formulate local strategies, and carries out regional projects as assigned.
Carry out relevant HR projects in coordination with regional HR team.
Set up and manage human resources information systems.
Ensure cost effectiveness by the delivery of full range of effective human resource services.
You will be working in a culture that focuses on the attraction and retention of the best talent, developing and leveraging the most effective employee development.
You will be responsible to implement the company’s recruitment program by planning, coordinating and executing recruitment and selection strategies.
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, recommendations, documentation, offer stage & induction.
You are requiring developing training policy & procedures. Implement training need analysis & training program evaluation.
Requirements:
5 years experience with a Degree Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Team player with a strong analytical skills required to identify HR related trends within the business via metrics and other analytical tools, in order to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Good understanding of HR Practices on labor Laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact in a multi-cultural work environment.
