Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain Company risk management processes and procedures.
Establish requirement and implement required software for risk management in the Company
Identify personnel and activity requirements and ensure that the tender and project requirements are met
Maintain benchmark experience data from projects executed.
Will during tenders report to Tender Project Manager, co-ordinating with the whole Tender Team, he will ensure a proper Risk and Opportunities Analysis on the Project.
Issue a Tender Risk Management Plan.
Set up proper brainstorming meetings with the Team to identify, categorise, assess, cost of risk and opportunities in all fields.
Identify with each Team Member the risks linked to his discipline.
Issue the Tender Risk register using the Project Risk Analysis Executive Summary.
Monitor Tender Risk Mitigation.
Using Monte Carlo (or other agreed software), issue the different Risk scenarios.
Issue the Risk Analysis to be presented to the Tender Board.
Issue Risk documents to be inserted within ITT.
Follow up Risk Analysis during the tendering and negotiation phase and hand it over to the appointed project Manager in case of award.
Compare Benchmarks with current and past projects.

Issue a Project Risk Management Plan and Project Risk Management Procedure.

Identify with each Team Member the risks linked to his discipline.
Issue and maintain the Project Risk register throughout the lifetime of the project.
Monitor Project Risk Mitigation.
Issue Risk documents as required by Project.
Requriements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business/ Law, Finance and/or Engineering or equivalent (or higher)
Minimum 10 years of working experience in related field and 5 years in the Oil service industry.
Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills
Proactive and positive to changes and challenges
Proactive and open in communication with all interfacing parties
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
