Responsibilities:
Prepare individual project schedule
Update and revise project schedule for Project Manager and client approval
Monitor work progress on daily basis and update schedule
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for submission to clients
Monitor pipeline lay rate and prepare lay rate chart on daily basis
Monitor project completion status on daily basis
Prepare planned versus actual manpower histogram on Main Work Barge
Be responsible for quality of own work.
Plan, perform, and report the work in accordance with governing documents, procedures and instructions from line manager
Identify possibilities for improvement and propose actions.
Actively contribute in implementation.
Perform the work in a cost effective manner, beneficial both to the cuctomer and to SapuraAcergy, within the limits given by the
requirements to quality in work performance.
Make sure that requirements regarding personal safety are fulfilled.
To actively participate and contribute in company's and project's HSE programs
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science / Masters/ any relevant qualification
Min 10 years experience in equivalent position
Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
