Responsibilities:
Collect best information on all required for project interim of specifications, quantity and when needed.
Source best specification and price from registered vendor list or PETRONAS licensed supplier's list.
Sought help from end-user (Operation Dept) for technical evaluation and conformance.
Prepare and recommendation with proper technical-commercial and evaluation report and seek authority approval.
Monitor materials/services delivered to site & follow-up on any discrepancies with respective vendors/supplier if necessary.
Primary job objective: -
Ensure all materials and services required by Operation Dept (end user)
Requirements:
BS Engineering in related field.
Minimum 6 years working experience of which 2 – 3 years in the Oil & Gas Industry
Materials management system in oil & gas industry which include inventory procurement, logistic and custom.
Offshore Engineering knowledge (stream activities)
Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
