Responsibilities:
Coordinating offshore crew movements ensuring applicable passport and visas are available and making travel arrangements.
Liaising with labour subcontractors to meet manpower requirements and coordinating same with project personnel.
Reviewing and verifying labour subcontract billings
Coordinating the following requirements:
Mail for barges
Safety Training
Cash Advances
Travel Expenses
Barge Stationery
Visiting Offshore barges to discuss crew grievances and reviewing offshore documentation,
Preparing reports for crew movements, monthly manhour reporting, etc.
Maintaining crew database and personnel records.
Ensuring all work activity meet safety and quality requirement.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field
At least 10 years in Logistic discipline with minimum 5 years in oil and gas environment.
Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
