Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Head of Projects & Operations.
Reviewing and becoming familiar with the contract documents, specifications and drawings of operations under his supervision.
Maintaining document files pertaining to operations under his supervision.
Ensuring that adequate engineering personnel and equipment resources are assigned to operations under his supervision.
Supervising Field Engineers in their planning and execution of offshore projects.
Reviewing and approving installation procedures to ensure they meet project and Company minimum requirements and follow good
engineering practise and enabling work to be performed safely.
Issuing and maintaining the offshore schedule for operations under his supervision.
Ensuring there is coordination with the fabrication/loadout contractor affecting operations under his supervision.
Ensuring that documentation is issued on schedule and in accordance with project and division requirements, Documents include but
Material and Equipment Loadout Lists
Offshore Installation and Operations Procedures
As-Built/Post Job Records and Report.
Coordinating the mobilization and demobilization of Marine Spreads and Subcontractors assigned to operations under his
supervision.
Coordinating or providing onshore technical and logistical support including third party marine surveys where required for Marine
Spreads assigned to operations under his supervision.
Monitoring the progress of the work and site conditions and advising the PMT and all departments in the Offshore Division of any
developments that may result in changes to the work schedule and/or execution sequence.
Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Project Director. Ensuring all work activity meet safety and quality requirement.
Requirements:
BSc / Masters/ any relevant qualification
10 years experience in equivalent position
Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
