Responsibilities:
To coordinate all work based on the contractual dates and requirements.
To provide recommendation to management and PMT on the best solution for all phase of work and the most effective methods to
execute work.
To identify potential problems and provide recommendations to resolve or avoid the problems.
To ensure that all work are carried out according to approved procedures and schedule.
Liaise with clients to resolve outstanding issued/matters.
To highlighted and follow-up on all deficiencies, late actions, urgent submissions/approvals etc to all respective departments head in
the PMT and client.
To coordinate all potential new work or change order work within the project awarded.
To support Project Manager throughout the execution of the project.
Assist tender preparations whenever required.
Training of subordinates and coordinate work distribution.
Requirements:
10 years experience in equivalent position
BSc / Masters/ any relevant qualification
Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
