Description:
The Coating Engineer positions report into the Rigid Pipeline Discipline within our Northern Europe and Canada Region.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for assisting subsea pipeline related projects, tenders and studies.
You will be expected to engineer solutions from the concept stage through design, qualification and eventually installation.
Requirements:
With a proven track record in pipeline and subsea system projects- Coating design for pipeline architecture
Technical tendering work
Coating qualification works
Pipeline installation methods
Supplier products and services
Coating relevant experience.
Good knowledge in using relevant industry codes and standards such as ASTM, BS, DNV, ISO and NACE.
Additional Information:
You will be based in either Aberdeen or Stavanger and travel between the two offices and offshore may be required.
