Responsibilities:
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system.
Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
Actively promote positive safety culture.
Adhere to quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system.
Compliance to work instructions.
Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit.
Once trained, know and understand the reliability database, the Weatherford Performance Tracking system, etc. and be proficient in the various reporting systems to maintain the Database and Document control center.
Review and upload daily reports from the field operations.Provide reports upon request
Other operations administration duties as assigned by the Manager/ coordinator.
Requirements:
QHSE procedural knowledge.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Use of Word and Excel and be familiar with other Microsoft Office Softwares
Good conversational English
CET 6
Good overall computer literacy
Administration/Secretarial Certificate or equivalent experience.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Excellent communication skills, Positive attitude, high degree of self motivation and discipline.
Willingness to learn new skills
