Job Description
 
  • Develops and executes strategies devised to enhance employee and management effectiveness and development
  • Acts as a contributing member of the BI&T management team to develop mid and long-term  Human Resources and Organizational effectiveness strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Influences the BI & T business priorities by focusing on the people and organizational impacts
  • Coaches/mentors and assists with coaching skill building amongst the BI & T management team
  • Develops in conjunction with the local HR Advisors and the business the intern and new graduate selection, placement, and fast track development to ensure a pipeline of talent exists for the future
  • Develops  consistent approaches to HR strategy as appropriate between , OKC, and teams
  • Facilitates the development of aligned and coordinated department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Works in conjunction with other HR departments and in particular local HR representatives to support and improve organizational effectiveness, including talent management, talent selection, succession planning and staff development
  • Acts as a change agent, in the development and implementation of change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partners with local HR representatives and BI & T management in the development and evolution of a total rewards strategy for the IT function aligned with the enterprise direction
  • Coaches and mentors HR professionals in a n indirect reporting relationship to ensure functional accountability and alignment
  • Builds relationships with key stakeholders within BI & T and the HR Organization
  • Travel between the three locations will be required
 
Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline. 
  • Ten plus years of Human Resource experience with at least 5 of those years in a generalist role (Oil and Gas Industry experience preferred)
  • Five years leadership experience
  • Previous experience in working in multi regions and/or countries
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Masters degree, PHR/SPHR  or CHRPcertification a plus
  • Requires considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources Management and Organizational
  • Must demonstrate skill in communication/influence skills at all levels of the organization.
