Responsibilities:
Check requisitions are valid before raising into system.
Communicate with superior on status of requisition in system.
Updates filing with change of status.
Convert all approved requisitions into purchase orders.
Liaise with vendors, fax PO to vendors and educate them on billing according to vendor.
Liaise with inventory coordinator/ BU to do goods receipt
Highlight outstanding MR/PO pending for approval.
Requirements:
Min 1 to 2 years experience with a diploma holder.
Basic Accounting knowledge.
Knowledge of JDE or SAP will be added advantage.
