Responsibilities:
Generate Delivery Ticket for billing to proceed and warehouse to pick up.
Able to ascertain if items are in warehouse or back order is required.
Release back order if required.
Inform procurement that goods are in, ensure item number is available for procurement.
Inform procurement to place orders on stocks that are running low.
Inform relevant party to create item number for new stocks/ assets.
Keep track of assets on rental and inform relevant party if assets are to be returned.
In charge of stock count.
Allocate warehouse location for the incoming stock/assets.
Liaise with workshop personnel regarding stocks in maintenance.
Produce month end report to management on stocks and assets status
Requirements:
A diploma holder with min 3 years experience with related experience.
Knowledge of JDE or SAP.
