Responsibilities:
priorities and schedule repairs and maintenance of specialized equipment
implement specialized equipment spare part inventory
maintain good standard of housekeeping practices in workshop and yard
implement and maintain specialized equipment servicing procedures
Coordinate personnel and equipment for Mechanization Operations on customer jobs and complete necessary documentation.
Provide technical support in regards to implementation and operational support in the areas - Overdrive
Stabberless Systems
Deepwater Handling Systems
Drill Pipe Tongs
Remote Locations Bucking Units
Mechanized Tubular Handling Systems
Mechanized Training
Rig Surveys
Where applicable, supervise offshore personnel effectively
Specialized Equipment Operations
Casing and Tubular Running Operations when required
Assisting with employee supervision, performance management, and coordinating training of Specialized Rig Systems
Structure routine maintenance schedules for all Offshore Mechanized Equipment and travel offshore to conduct offshore maintenance and servicing of Mechanized Equipment.
Assist with Customer enquiries as directed
Generate monthly reports of Specialized Rig Systems Equipment
Perform Rig Surveys of incoming and existing Offshore/Onshore Rigs for preparation of Tubular Running Services contracts
Perform offshore duties when required.
Requriements:
Through knowledge of TRS projects & offshore operations in Australia
Offshore experience within TRS product line/and other product lines
QHSE procedural knowledge
Strong operational and technical skills in relation to relevant product line
Extensive equipment knowledge relevant to product line
Good customer and employee interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Mechanical aptitude
