Responsibilities:
Manage the Profit & Loss for the geographic area of responsibility.
Manage the District business planning, budgeting, employee development, inventory management, sales, engineering, maintenance, operations, service, HS&E, quality and training.
Manage the District team to ensure that all customers and company requirements are met.
Oversee planning and implementation of the business plan.
Participate actively in quality improvement efforts.
Promote and maintain good customer relations.
Act as liaison between day-to-day operations and Executive Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Science or Engineering.
8+ years experience in the field and operations.
Thorough understanding of all product lines and/or service systems offered by the company.
Extensive understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.
Extensive knowledge of company’s business practices including strategic planning, budgeting and staffing.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong negotiating skills.
Strong leadership skills.
