Responsibilities:
Accountable for delivery of the design in accordance with company and project procedures and the Contract.
Accountable for the safety, quality and cost-effective conduct of the discipline teams.
Ensure that the Project Quality and Safety systems have been implemented in accordance with company and corporate policy and objectives.
To manage and maintain a pro-active safety attitude and culture within the team.
To maintain and promote constructive communications between the Project and Client teams on matters relating to the FEED design and detailed design
To actively promote a positive attitude in the team towards Project objectives and Client’s expectations.
To recognise and resolve conflicts early and efficiently.
To manage the interfaces between the project work scopes, both internal and external, in order to provide a fully integrated solution.
To provide a focal point for the delivery of cost, planning and performance reports for the FEED and detailed design.
To actively participate in the development of Project activities and initiatives.
For control of discipline resources.
To deliver all deliverables on time during the Execute Phase
Requirements:
Minimum requirements are 10 years relevant experience in Offshore/Oil & Gas/ FPSO project environment.
At least three years experience in a similar position in a discipline design team.
Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to operate in a multi-discipline working environment.
Preferably should have completed design of 2 FPSO/Offshore Process Platforms
Must have carried out preparation of specifications, bid evaluation and vendor document, review of Gas Dehydration Unit, Injection Water Packages, Gas Sweetening Unit, Coarse/Fine Filter Package, Separators and Produced Water Packages Etc.
Adaptability, initiative and problem solving capability.
Ability to work under pressure in an environment, which expects the highest level of customer service, confidentiality and behaviour
