Responsibilities:
Ensure adequate resources available to achieve project goals and achieve deliverable targets
Ensure projects are delivered successfully with respect to commercial and program objectives
Oversee project administration and recruitment process of new staff
Ensure the development of cohesive and functional technical teams for each project
Assist or lead site team in HSE or Quality Assurance matters
Facilitate the conduct of regular HSE site audits
Working within the provisions and guidelines of the WorleyParsons Project Management Process (WPMP), ensure projects are delivered according to the PEP, Basis of design and Quality Assurance systems
Liaise periodically with clients on key technical and delivery issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably in Civil Engineering
Minimum 6-7 years experience, preferably with experience in project management
Experience in project management and proposal preparation
Excellent oral and written communication skills essential
