Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
• Previous company relocation projects.
• Experience of facilities supervision/management for an office and workshop based company.
• Knowledge of local contractor base.
• Understanding of local and national laws/regulations regarding facility operation.
• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
• 5 years experience in facilities management/supervision for a large multi site organization.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
• Strong skills in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and VISIO.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD.
• Experience in previous company merger/rationalisation projects.
• Oil and gas industry experience
• 5 years experience in facilities management/supervision
• Willingness to learn new skills
