Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the co-ordination of activities relating to the provision and maintenance of company buildings, offices and equipment under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor.
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Facilities co-ordination experience for an office and workshop based company.
• 3-5 years experience in facilities co-ordination role.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.
• Strong skills in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and VISIO.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD.
• Facilities co-ordination for a multi site organisation.
• 3-5 years experience in facilities co-ordination role.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
