Responsibilities:
Ensures full compliance in Indonesia Individual Income Tax
Prepares monthly income tax withholding computations for assignees
Reviews monthly tax withholding computations for assignees
Ensure tax accruals are accurate and sufficiently maintained.
Extract information from accounting system for expats annual tax filing purposes.
Prepares annual tax computation and statutory forms for tax authorities.
Monitor monthly utilization schedules in respect of expats/TCNs traveling within the country
Provides ad-hoc tax advice, reconciliation statement preparation and discrepancies investigation.
Payroll Accounting/ Reconciliation - Updates and reviews monthly balance schedules for reasonableness and Investigate and make adjustments if necessary.
Prepare audit schedules whenever required.
Review of balance sheet accounts related to taxation.
Other duties as directed by management
Requirements:
Good PC skill and able to work under a computerized accounting environment.
Finance and accounting general knowledge under the US GAAP
In-depth understanding of the local district Tax Structure
Degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent
3 — 5 years related experience in accounts payable preferable gained from multinational corporations.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to work unsupervised
Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
ISO knowledge is also expected for further career development within the Company
Willingness to learn new skills
