Responsibilities:
Monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation and analysis
To conduct follow-up on outstanding balance sheet items
Monthly income statement accounts review with internal customers
To conduct follow-up on outstanding income statement items
Prepare financial KPI monthly
Provide advice/solution to Business Units for FOP enhancement
To improve overall business cycle and efficiency
Other duties as directed.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance & Accounting with minimum 3 years experience.
Basic understanding of the implementation and maintenance of SOX 404
Competent supervisory skills.
Excellent organization, time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Data entry and Bookkeeping skills.
Experience with general ledger coding.
Good analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years experience required in accounting duties.
Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to work unsupervised
Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting with minimum 7 years experience.
Complete understanding of the implementation and maintenance of SOX 404
Minimum of 7 years experience required in accounting duties
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with work colleagues and external consultants
Strong skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel.
Willingness to learn new skills
