Location: East Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Assist Engineering and Product Line Manager in Engineering and Development and Testing issues.
Interact with outside 3rd Party groups in Technical and Troubleshooting.
Interact with Regional and Global operations to technically support operations.
Provide training and feedback to entry level Operation Support team members.
Participate in Technical Presentations as needed for Operation Support team members.
Participate in development and maintenance of database.
Technically support related services.
Interact with Customers and maintain existing customer ties for positive benefit of existing products and services and expansion of other Products and Services as opportunities present themselves.
Participate in Identifying chargeable non-standard support and requesting customer approval.
Provide customer focused support interactions.
Verify new projects or changes in projects meet all support requirements.
Participate in new initiatives and provide feedback to improve operation support.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by manager within the physical constraints of the job.

Requirements:

Only Malaysian or PR holder eligible to apply
Minimum 3 years experience in oilfield
Good communication (both written and oral), presentation, leadership, teaming and organizational skills.
Technical Proficiency
Basic computer and IT network related skills
Ability to interact with shop and foreign support persons in the field and in corporate settings
Familiar with and willing to take on International Travel (Current passport)
5 years mud logging experience or MWD/LWD experience
4 year degree from accredited secondary school 
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
