As a highly accountable member of the Human Resources team, you will provide professional, transactional, and administration support to enable the department to deliver on commitments.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Preparation of employee offer letters and orientation documentation, ensuring documentation is professional and accurate and prepared as per requirements.
· Support recruitment process from job posting advertisements, managing applicant database, scheduling interviews and tracking applicants.
· Maintain up-to-date Human Resources files which include personnel and recruitment files.
· Manage logistics for career fairs, orientations and medical testing.
· Maintain various department databases, spreadsheets, and Human Resources Information System to ensure accurate and current in order to provide efficient and effective reporting.
· Maintenance of organizational charts.
· Identification of opportunities for process improvement.
· Perform additional assignments or projects as required.
Experience
· Post secondary education in Office/Administration Management Studies or equivalent experience plus a minimum of three years experience.
· Superior customer service and attention to detail.
· High degree of accuracy and proven ability to work with and meet deadlines.
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, time management and teamwork skills.
· Ability to handle information of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
· Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
· Familiar with Human Resource Information Systems is an asset.
