Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily preparation of Work Order packet paperwork.
Material substitutions, review of substitution, preparation of Material Change request and process.
Pull drawings for all Engineering reservations and New Product (DocQuest) submissions.
Basic 9002x reviews of created Work Orders.
Analysis and status of SAP report for missing master data (No BOM and Router report).
Maintain a register of all technical and safety training undertaken and required for all members of the team.
Prepare Priority Work Lists for Router and Programming.
Maintain Tooling Work List priorities.
Maintain Tooling procurement system with Si3.
Maintain Tooling database ( Impact XP)
Providing admin support to general meetings (ie preparation of agendas, minute taking)
General secretarial duties and Ad-Hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Skills in the use of all Microsoft office packages
General typing skills
Ability to create template documents
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and to use own initiative
Ability to set up and maintain databases
Minute taking skills
Experience in an Technical office environment
Experience of setting up systems, templates and databases
Experience of creating work procedures
HND qualified or equivalent
Experience of servicing meetings would be beneficial
