Responsibilities:

Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system,
 Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings 
Report all hazardous and unsafe acts 
Actively promote positive safety culture 
Adhere to quality procedure and policies in accordance with ISO9001 (where applicable) quality assurance system, 
Compliance to work instructions 
Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances 
Identifying areas requires improvement and/or audit 
Responsible to receive all incoming goods and follow up with respective BU and procurement for any issues such as unreturned items or damage items, etc. 
Perform necessary reclassification from inventory to asset for new received items 
Perform field build for assembled inventory 
Responsible to make any changes on the pick slip and return it to the Customer Service Department 
Ship out/dispatch all goods after receiving the shipping documents from Customer Service department 
Responsible to manage all asset and inventory in the warehouse (Warehouse Management) 
Responsible to remove inventory from the system for every item used for repair and maintenance 
Application of customs import permit and arrangement of customs clearance. 
Processing of Materials Requisitions. 
Tracking of incoming, out going and report accordingly of shipments. 
Implementation of QHSE requirements related to logistics areas. 
Conduct general office duties and assist office Administrator with day to day office operations. 
Liaise with the Purchasing Officer to monitor all incoming shipments for custom clearance. 
Arrange and coordinate with the dispatcher for all Inland shipping.
Verify all logistic related Invoices. 
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Computer skills with Excel, word, 
Basic Accounting 
Knowledge and Experience of Chinese customs regulation. 
good command of English 
Good organizational ability 
Oilfield experience preferred. 
Degree / Diploma in relevant field 
2 years working experience in oilfield and import / export 
Team player with pleasant disposition.
Ability to work unsupervised.
