Responsibilities:
Support Management in the development and implementation of relevant H&S Management System and Woodside Health & Safety Standards
Support Management in conducting incident data analysis to identify trends, management system and organisational failures
Support Management in understanding the Incident Reporting & Investigation requirements (in addition to monitoring compliance).
Provide Management on determination of root causes to incidents and communicate incident learning’s to relevant personnel, ensuring learning’s are actioned as required
Support Management in developing & monitoring its H&S Performance Report (establishing effective lead H&S KPI’s)
Reviewing existing Hazard Registers (to meet Woodside Standards) and support Management in conducting HAZID workshops (facilitation)
Support Management in the H&S assurance of its relevant contractors working on its behalf (ie. H&S Audit Plan, verification of key documents, ie. Hazard Registers, HSE Mgt Plans etc)
Organize bi-yearly contractor CEO workshop
Support and train Management in its responsibilities of managing its H&S responsibilities of its Non-Operator Venture Agreements, eg. H&S Due Diligence, participation in H&S audits
Requirements:
In order to be successful in this role you will need to display the following competencies, which is not an exhaustive list:
Experience in dealing with staff and management at all levels
Strong analytical skills, demonstrable experience in complex problem solving
Able to work at both conceptual and detailed level
Able to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
Professional, organised approach, strong customer focus
Self motivated and committed; results oriented
Positive and constructive; "can-do" attitude
At least 5-10 years experience in the health & safety field working with Contractors and Management in the development and implementation of effective health and safety systems.
Preferable for experience in marine, Geophysics and Geomatics operations.
