Responsibilities:
Aids in the preparation of subcontracts and frame agreements.
Prepares bid tabulations including sensitivity studies.
Organises and maintains for each subcontract/ frame agreement a complete file of all pre-contract correspondence including all bid and contract documents, correspondence, minutes of meeting and other pertinent documents.
Reviews Variation Order Requests received from subcontractors.
Evaluates these in accordance with the contractual agreement, prepares Variation Order(s) for approval by management as required.
Ensures subcontracts are properly closed out and that the final account is settled.
Assists in defining subcontracting strategy and prepares the subcontracts plan.
Requriements:
Higher education in legal / business management subjects
Some previous experience in these areas an advantage
Demonstrate good teamwork and communication skills
Be proactive, structured and accurate
Have a large capacity for innovation, flexibility and cooperation
Be fluent in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
Be IT competent ( conversant with Microsoft Office etc)
