Job Description
· Serves as strategic partner to the business leaders and provides advice and counsel to ensure consistent application of integration policies, procedures, and practices.
· Provides leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource (HR) functions including all aspects of organizational design, succession planning, retention, training & development, Employee relations, inclusiveness, engagement and employer of choice activities.
· Performs a leadership role in recruiting, selection, performance management and career coaching and development.
· Leads and facilitates change efforts; drives special initiatives and communications throughout the region, create a sense of genuine enthusiasm for change initiatives; overall responsibility for planning and execution of communications.
· Provides counsel in employee relations matters.
· Drives Human Resource compliance and ensure standardization and consistency of Human Resource practices and policies.
· Acts as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment.
· Partners with functional HR teams for cross-functional synergies and organizational alignment.
Qualifications
· BS/ BA in Human Resources, Business Management or other degree from an accredited university.
· Minimum 3 years experience as an HR Generalist.
· Minimum of 3 years experience supporting multicultural client populations with activities around change management.
