Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner - Commercial is responsible for providing human resources consultation and support to the Commercial Organization.
This individual will work as part of a team to:
Drive implementation of core business staffing plans
Perform complex and non-routine hrbp functions
Develop creative solutions to various problems and advise business accordingly
Act as thinking partner/coach for business leadership on various hr issues & processes impacting the strategic and long range business plans.
Ensure processes are consistent while maintaining client relationships through understanding their strategies and business operations
Consult on hr issues regarding staffing, compensation, performance management, employee relations/complaints, talent and succession management
Consult with the coes and implement policies/programs while providing feedback on issues impacting the business (e.g. Compensation, staffing, employee relations, expatriate, talent management)
Participating on special projects related to delivering the strategic needs of the business
Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
5 or more years direct experience as a Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner
