Responsibilities:
Being Energy & Retail Norway’s participant in European development projects, responsible for business requirements
Managing system implementation projects
Being proactive by identifying technological solutions, and communicating to customers and organisation how these can be utilized in process improvements and value realisation
Contributing to business requirements, prioritising and planning of smaller system modifications
Managing process and routine improvement projects
Requirements:
We will prefer potential candidates to have competence within as many of the following categories as possible:
Relevant higher education, relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
Project manager skills and employment of acknowledged project methodology
Process competence
Ability to understand existing system solutions, infrastructure and applications
Good understanding of information technology and management of IT projects and accompanying business projects
Experience from retail or logistics business
Analytical and systematic approach, with large personal working capacity
Empathic and good interpersonal skills
Willing to change and solution-oriented behaviour
Fluent in Norwegian and English, oral and written
Good at acquiring new competence within a complex and hectic environment
Leadership ability, focused on delivery and results
Customer and user-oriented with a good understanding of their needs
Ability to communicate complex subjects in a simple manner
Experience from business consulting
