Job Description
HRM responsibilities for the Houston, Texas facility GE Infrastructure Oil & Gas PII.
Additional client/project responsibilities determined by experience of selected candidate.
Drive strategic & operational level HR-related planning, continued integration execution, staffing, Session C, compensation planning, leadership coaching, employee development & performance management.
Strong focus on identification, selection & retention of world-class talent.
Lead & initiate new & innovative global HR practices to create a strong culture of leaders & high performing teams.
Support business growth & plan strategic integration as required.
Implement appropriate communication tools and systems (globally and locally) to ensure effective two-way flow of information.
Implement [Employer] corporate initiatives and programs as required and programs as required and participate in related HR forums.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or other discipline.
3+ years of HR generalist experience including recruiting, employee development & compensation, industrial relations.
