Responsibilities:
Redress, repair and maintenance of fishing equipment including milling and cutting tools and application of carbide dressing in accordance with company procedures and specifications.
General repair and maintenance of company rental equipment.
General welding repair and maintenance of facility plant and equipment.
Maintain good standard of housekeeping practices in workshop, yard and warehouse.
Complete all necessary documentation pertaining to equipment movements and repairs.
Other duties as directed.
Requirements:
QHSE procedural knowledge.
Good operational / technical skills in relation to general workshop equipment.
Good employee interpersonal skills.
Basic written and good verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
Mechanical aptitude.
Welding and workshop experience in a mechanical service or repair workshop
General Welding
Equipment loading/unloading of trucks, safe lifting practices, etc,.
Forklift Certificate
Additional Information:
This position may require extended periods overseas for training
