Responsibilities:
Visit to company sites to carry out engineering assessment and prepare engineering reports
Carries out engineering analysis and designs for projects that has such requirement
Prepares cost estimates based on the afore mentioned and thereafter prepares the formal commitment authority (FCA) for major and minor projects
Visits project sites regularly to ensure that all construction works are safe, timely and carried out to speculation
Ensures that all the materials and dat required for proper job execution are made available to the contractor
Follows up contractors payment
Prepares financial statement for project executed
Requirements:
BSC Civil Engineering
Registration with professional body (NSE) is necessary but not compulsory
Two to Three years work experience
Must be proficient in the use of computer (AutoCAD and /Desktop software)
Must have analytical skills
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Must possess Management /Leadership skills
