Job Description:
Absolutely must have at least 2 years experience working with oilfield drilling contractors setting up crews for large and small projects (domestic, overseas) pre-screening, interviewing, etc drug testing, visas work permits, air travel etc Position could be part time at home and office (Full time position); details call Helen
Required Skills:
· Education: Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
· Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
· Experience: 1 - 2 years
· Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
· Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Spreadsheet software, Project management software
· Area of Specialization: Classification, Human resources, Job analysis and evaluation, Compensation and benefits
· Specific Skills: Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs, Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of personnel policies, benefit programs and collective agreements, Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales, Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs, Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes, Conduct performance reviews
· Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Large workload
· Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
· Work Location Information: Work from home, Urban area
· Language Requirements: English-very good
Benefits and Other Information:
· $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 Yearly, 40 Hours per week
