Responsibilties:
Lead offshore structural design team on projects and train offshore structural engineers
Perform conceptual, FEED and detail design of offshore platforms
Prepare structural design basis, structural design specifications, construction and installation work procedures, and cost estimations
Prepare technical proposals and check offshore structural design/drawings
Interface with clients and coordinate with other disciplines
Perform global structural analysis and detailed design of offshore platforms
Prepare weight control report and material take-off
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
Minimum 8 years steel structures design experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and related industries with minimum 3 years in the structural design of offshore platforms for Seniors
Good working knowledge of API RP2A and AISC codes.
SACS software regular user (Senior) or experience is an advantage
ABAQUS or ANSYS software experience is an advantage
