Responsibilities:
Collate all payroll information for onpass to EFS payroll bureau
Liaise with payroll bureau, ensuring all relevant information is provided to them in the correct format and within the agreed timeframe
Summarise staff overtime hours & allowances
Time & Attendance analysis for unpaid leave (GE t&a to follow)
Track movement of overseas workers for NIC purposes
Issue payroll reports internally once received from payroll bureau
Prepare various pay accruals for journal entry to GL
Point of contact for all employee pay queries
P46 (car) & P11D reporting & PSA administration.
Administration of the net of tax credit scheme.
Requirements:
Experience in Payroll Administration, general administration duties and/or financial administration
Customer mindset, ability to answer questions from the client group accurately and quickly
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
