Responsibilties:
Give information and training to employees and managers.
Contribute to the development and maintainance of the company’s HSE control system and supervise its efficiency.
Supervise statutory requirements for HSE.
Contribute to planning and accomplishment of HSE and occupational hygiene surveys.
Contribute to planning emergency procedures / routines, and fire and crime prevention measures
Contribute to tender preparations.
Assist management with risk evaluations, investigation of Undesired Incidents and plan initiatives for improvements.
Follow-up and closure of deviations.
Maintain statistics of HSE key figures.
Participate in improvement initiatives at other Solutions companies.
Ensure that our best practice and established HSE tools and procedures are available and implemented in all project areas
Plan, accomplish and follow up HSE audits and supervision activities.
Advise, inform and assist line managers during all phases of the project.
Assist project management with risk evaluations, investigations and improvements processes.
Liaise with HSE inpection authorities
Ensure that mandatory HSE control systems and results are established / available and in accordance with project requirements.
Give support to project management in the task for continuous improvment.
Report to Project Manager all critical HSE conditions that require his/her attention.
Ensure that HSE experience and best practice is identified and shared with other Aker Solutions companies.
Requirements:
Technical, administrative and / or unirversity / college HSE education
Experience in practical HSE work
Good teamwork- and communication skills
Positive attitude and focused on solutions
Work location is Stord and the position reports to Vice President for HSE and Quality Improvement.
