Overview

We are currently seeking a Database Specialist for our corporate office located in downtown Houston, TX.
Qualifications
Inputting and maintaining data and databases, as well as creating and designing forms, queries and reports as needed
Ensuring data completeness and data accuracy
Updating information in various databases based on requests from various sources within the legal department
Reporting the status of all updates to management
Providing necessary data to those requesting it within the legal department
Processing department invoices and track invoices using multiple databases
Tracking department budget
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Excellent computer skills, including competency using Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Database management experience; attention to detail critical
Direct experience in providing administrative support to a professional group
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
