Responsibilities:

Lead/assist with leadership of Commodity Advisory Boards in the enterprise-wide management of sourcing commodity products and services; ensure sourcing methodology is utilized. 
Management of Commodity projects. 
Serve as the administrator for implemented Commodity programs. 
Contract development and management for Commodity contracts. 
Serve as the primary contact with suppliers and Advisory Boards in establishing agreements, including: strategic regional enterprise wide negotiation of pricing and services which leverage purchasing power, monitoring contract compliance, capturing benefits associated with those agreements, tracking/resolving high-level issues, and ensuring continuous improvement. 
Responsible for the reevaluation of current agreements and supply and negotiation strategies. This will require that changes in the market place that will reduce costs are closely followed and taken advantage of. 
Responsible for researching and analyzing expenditures of each commodity product and service in all divisions across through SAP data and division information and participation. 
Responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage purchasing power, issue resolution, establishing common processes and ensuring continuous improvement. 
Responsible for the identification and implementation of complementary enabling technologies and continuous monitoring of industry trends, which may benefit sourcing agreements. 
Maintaining thorough knowledge of industries, including knowledge of supply chain and supplier integration. 
Other activities as required. 

Requirements: 

Travel of 20-30% may be required.
Assists with the leadership of commodity advisory boards in the enterprise management of sourcing for commodity products and services.
Manages commodity projects.
Serves as the administrator for implemented commodity programs.
Responsible for contract development and management.
Serves as the primary contact with suppliers and advisory boards for commodity programs.
Researches and performs detailed analysis of expenditures and compliance of assigned commodities for all divisions across BHI.
Prepares spend reports, presentations and other materials.
Participates in the identification of opportunities to leverage BHI purchasing power, issue resolution, establishment of common processes for BHI, and continuous improvement processes.
Handles special projects as assigned. 
MS Office - including advanced level of Word, Access and Excel experience (use of modeling, developing and managing databases, linking spreadsheets through formulas, etc.) 
SAP – including advanced experience in utilizing SAP for GL analysis 
MS Project 
MS PowerPoint 
Proficiency in using the Internet

Requirements:

 Experience Requirements, minimum of 5 years of sourcing and project management experience 
Analytical/Analyst experience 
Facilitation experience 
Customer service experience 
Additional experience preferred: 
Previous experience with contract negotiation, drafting and administration 
Commercial Cards, Travel, Freight, and/or Telecommunications sourcing, procurement or sales experience in the MEAP Region 
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 
Working knowledge of supply chain operations 
Fluent in English
