Responsibilities:
Ensure that Baker Atlas provides Best-in-Class geoscience solutions.
Coordinate all aspects of the geoscience business, including developing and administering the geoscience programs, training and coaching employees.
Provide technical support and advice to clients as well as the operations, where possible.
Process, manage and/or present integrated well or field studies.
Up-sell geoscience acquisition jobs.
Provide quality control within the job scope and others’ geoscience products.
Conduct proactive clients’ sales visits.
Write and/or present technical papers in professional conferences.
Mentor junior staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Discipline, Earth Science, related science or equivalent. MS Degree preferred.
5+ years industry experience.
Good knowledge and understanding of process-oriented sedimentological principles, both in siliciclastic and carbonate systems.
Excellent knowledge of logging technologies, products/services and software.
Leadership and organizational skills: good interpersonal, communication, team-building, supervisory and negotiating skills.
Multicultural awareness and client orientation.
Ability to lead a small team and manage projects.
