Job Description
Review employee time transactions on a daily basis and work with Supervisors/Managers to resolve or clarify any issues.
Process weekly and bi-weekly time keeping for payroll utilizing Kronos.
Provide information and assistance relative to HR policies and programs to employees and Supervisors/Managers.
Maintain and update all existing and new employee related information (i.e. merit increases, terminations, etc.) through HCM system.
Assist employees with payroll/ benefit-related issues inquires when required.
Work with Corporate to ensure all HR policies and procedures are in compliance.
Prepare new hire packages and cover the new hire orientation documents.
Maintain an accurate personnel filing system.
Assist employees with any pertinent HR information when required.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years related HR experience. High School degree acceptable with PHR granted or in process.
Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and Access.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Self motivated and able to be self-directed in problem solving.
Attentive to detail, prioritization and timely completion of all assigned duties.
Ability to maintain a positive outlook at all times.
Proven recruiting track record with results.
Knowledgeable in all facets of HR, including relative Oklahoma laws, Federal Laws, Safety, and Worker’s Compensation.
This position will report directly to the Plant Manager in Tulsa and have reporting duties to the Director of Human Resources in Houston.
