Responsibilities:
Based at our Tewkesbury offices, we have a requirement for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, to ensure that all outbound shipments are correctly boxed and labelled ready for collection and inbound shipments are stocked appropriately.
In addition, you will be responsible for the refurbishment of shipping boxes ready for the despatch of new tools. You will need to ensure that spreadsheets are kept up to date to reflect call-out board, dumb iron board and the movement of assets.
Requirements:
Ideally, you will have significant administration/shipping experience gained within a public/private sector environment, IT literacy skills in Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word and Excel, 5 GCSEs or equivalent. Experience of working with Customs & Excise documentation, a knowledge of SAP, and exposure to manual handling techniques would be desirable.
In addition, you will need to be a team player with attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and hold a full manual driving licence.
Additional Information:
In return, we offer a competitive pay and benefits package to include: salary, pension, private healthcare and a holiday entitlement of 25 days, plus statutory days. Hours of work are 37 per week, Monday to Friday, but you will be expected to work the hours necessary to accomplish the role.
