Job Description:
Reporting to the Foreman, Fenn Big Valley, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years field operating experience. A valid Technologist Diploma and or a Production Field Operations Certificate would be an asset.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: the operation and general maintenance of wells, compressor stations, battery facilities and related equipment in a sweet/sour gas field.
- Optimization of production while identifying deficiencies and submitting recommendations for improvement.
- The incumbent will assist in the training and coaching of other operators and adopt a practice of self-improvement while focusing on safe work practices and adherence to all applicable Occupational Health and Safety codes and regulations.
- Preference will be given to those candidates that reside in the Stettler/Big Valley area.
