Job Description
The Project Development/Project Services group in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Capital Project Management System (CPMS) Quality Engineer. Must spend time and effort convincing others of the value of Quality and Management Systems. Must be able to speak authoritatively on QA topics and techniques, but also be prepared to learn from others with more Company Experience.
· Develop Project Development high level process diagrams
· Aligh process maps with deliverables and metrics
· Assist project in developing project management system through development of training packages and kick off meetings
· Maintenance of company standards and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent in practical experience
At least 5 years of Quality Assurance System audit experience
Ability to travel 20 to 25% of the time
Ability to work within a budget
Written and spoken fluency for communicating with project teams and line managers
Recognized ISO 9000 Audit training course; Registered Lead Assessor
Ability to work overtime as needed
